PRINCE2 Agile® Course Outline
This course is offered as a 3 day Foundation and 1-day Practitioner event (4 day combined) and is a mixture of input and practical sessions teaching to the PRINCE2 Agile® syllabus, delivered by a PeopleCert approved trainer with practical experience of both agile and project management working environments. The course incorporates the Foundation & Practitioner exams and includes additional focus on the application of the method within an agile environment. Pre-course material includes pre-reading guidance, plus the official PRINCE2 Agile® Manual.
What examinations are included with the PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation & Practitioner Course?
PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation Exam: 1 hour, closed book, simple multiple choice exam.
PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner Exam: 2½ hours, open book (PRINCE2 Agile® manual only), objective testing multiple choice exam.
