- What is PRINCE2®
-
PRINCE2®(PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a structured method for effective project management. It is a de facto standard used extensively in the UK and internationally. PRINCE2® offers best-practice guidance on project management.
The PRINCE2® qualification consists of two levels:
Foundation - The Foundation exam is the first of the two PRINCE2® Examinations you are required to pass to become a PRINCE2® Practitioner.
This level aims to measure whether a candidate would be able to act as an informed member of a project management team using the PRINCE2® method within a project environment supporting PRINCE2®.
Practitioner - The Practitioner exam is the second of the two PRINCE2® Examinations you are required to pass to become a PRINCE2® Registered Practitioner. This level aims to measure whether a candidate would be able to apply PRINCE2® to the running and managing of a project within an environment supporting PRINCE2.

Please read the following excerpts from email received from clients who have attended our PRINCE2® courses:
I’m sure you’ve got enough testimonials for the course but here is another: “Amazing trainer and fabulously put together materials. I went on the course with only 3 days preparation time, so was very thankful of the advice SkillSolve gave me on how best to spend the little preparation time I had. I have no trepidation in recommending both the course and training organisation.
Thanks so much for your email with my eagerly awaited results-I can't tell you how pleased I am to have passed with such a good mark!

I am delighted to have passed the Practitioner exam and to have attained such a good pass mark. This is thanks to the excellant tuition received. I can not praise your trainer enough. I was very anxious prior to the course but he made it all seem so straight forward, that by the end of the week I entered the exam room with confidence. An excellent return on my investment.
Please pass on my thanks to Annuskha the instructor who was absolutely fantastic throughout the course as I doubt whether I would have understood Prince2® quite as well as I did without her help and support. She is a real credit to your organisation. Also please say thanks to Nikki for her help in setting us up on the course.
I am on the last day of my Prince2® course tomorrow, hopefully I’ll pass it!!! It is really feedback regarding the course itself and the tutor, I have found the course prep pack sent to me to of been excellent in helping me prepare for this intense course! The course mentoring and training provided by John, has been second to none, it has been a pleasure to be taught by someone who has extensive knowledge of the material, and obviously has been involved in this for years, but has maintained enthusiasm and high standards in the presentation of this course. I own my own small business and would not hesitate to send my staff on this course should the need arise.
I would like to express my gratitude to our Trainer Sue, and Skillsolve for organizing a very productive environment. The focus of the course was not entirely on the exams, but at Making me understand PRINCE2®.
Absolutely brilliant news! Brilliant Course, Brilliant tutor, Brilliant Admin staff. And that’s for the record.
Keep up the good work!
I would like to thank you for the warm hospitality and professionalism you have shown us throughout the whole time we have dealt with you and SkillSolve. Please could you also pass on our thanks to Sue for the great training she provided as well as her support and encouragement!

Just a quick note to say thank you for helping me with preparations for the PRINCE2® course I attended last week. Everything went very well.
I especially wanted to say how impressed I was with our lecturer. She was absolutely brilliant. She worked so hard and she was not only very knowledgeable but she also new how to transfer the knowledge across to us. Could you please say thank you to her for me.
I shall be recommending Skillsolve!
Thanks for letting me know about my exam results I didn’t expect to get them so quickly
I would just like to say that I was very impressed by how the course was run, the course content and the professionalism of your tutor. I will be recommending Skill Solve to my colleagues as a solution for our company Prince2® training needs.

That’s lovely news Angela.
I wish to take this opportunity to thank Skillsolve for helping me to achieve the certification. I personally wish to thank the trainer John for his useful insight and experience. He made sure we got the solid foundation and that helped tremendously to achieve the Practitioner certification.
Thank you all
Dear Angela,
I am extremely delighted with this news and I thank you for all your help during the registration process.
We were lucky to have such a wonderful Trainer! Although it was a stressful week, I enjoyed the experience.
I now look forward to managing projects in a structured and controlled way.
All the best.
Fantastic, even though I didn't sleep for a week because all I could think about was what went in the business case and how I could raise an exception I think it was all worth it!!
Thanks for persuading me take both parts at the same time,
Thank you so much Angela - it was an excellent course
I'm delighted with the news and have already found the course extremely useful in my current contract - please pass my thanks on to Sue again, and I shall certainly consider Skillsolve again for any training needs.
